Logo Olerj - Câmara dos Deputados
Brazilian city Rio de Janeiro, one of the most beautiful cities on the world, has been bleeding due to the high crime rates that have plagued the wonderful city for decades. Due to this, the Federal Government of Brazil made an intervention putting army troops in the streets, trying to brake those problems - a decision that caused controversy and splitting opinions. The Chamber of Deputies then decided to create OLERJ, an observatory to closely monitor this intervention and ensure that everything is respecting our constitution. Although the subject matter treated by the observatory is extremely serious, the logo tries, on the other hand, to bring a load of lightness and hope through ribbons that subtly build the shape of the city's main postcard: the Sugar Loaf.
